Rana is a legal adviser, specialising in immigration law. Advising on business and personal immigration cases, Rana has a wealth of experience in family visa applications and refusals, sponsor licence applications, asylum claims, complex indefinite leave to remain applications and refusals, and British citizenship cases.
For Rana, the most satisfying part of his job is dealing with clients. He speaks fluent English, Urdu, and Punjabi. Clients can trust that he will always act with honestly and empathy, and will fight tenaciously to ensure they receive their desired outcome.

Outside of work
Rana has recently been appointed as the Additional General Secretary of the Association of International Lawyers (AIL). He has also been the President of the Youth Chapter for the same organisation in 2022 and plays an active role within the organisation. His position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities aimed at fostering international legal collaboration, promoting professional development, and advancing the goals and values of the AIL. Rana is also one of the key people organising the 2023 International Law Conference held at the Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn.
When not in the office, Rana enjoys playing football and horse riding.
