What is a Global Talent Visa?
Like most countries, the UK is keen to welcome exceptionally talented or promising people who can contribute to fields such as the arts, academia, or digital technology. The Global Talent Visa provides a route for such individuals. It is more flexible than the Skilled Worker Visa, for example, you will not be required to secure employment from a licenced employer before applying, nor meet the English language requirements. You can also become self-employed or a company director.

Can I bring my family to the UK on a Global Talent Visa?
If your application is successful, you will be able to bring dependent family members, defined as your spouse or partner and any children under the age of 18 years to the UK. If your child is over 18 years and is already in the UK as a dependent, they can also apply as a dependent under the Global Talent Visa.
