What is Sponsor Licence suspension?
A Sponsor Licence can be suspended if UKVI believes a business is not complying with its duties as a sponsor but the matter requires further investigation. The suspension is not a final decision; however, you will not be permitted to issue any new Certificates of Sponsorship (CoS) until UKVI complete their inquiries.

What is a Sponsor Licence revocation?
If UKVI believe you have seriously breached your Sponsor Licence obligations they can revoke your licence. This means your business will be removed from the Sponsor Licence register and you will be unable to sponsor any further workers In addition, any migrant workers sponsored under the revoked licence will have their visas curtailed. Unless they can secure sponsorship from another employer, they will have to leave the UK.
