Since 2025, certain financial institutions and corporate lenders have allowed for digital witnessing of Personal Guarantee documents under the Digital Verification Services (DVS) framework. Our firm can provide this service by secure video appointment, verifying identity through approved digital checks and confirming the electronic signature using a Qualified Electronic Signature (QES) where accepted.
This option is particularly useful for clients who are abroad or cannot attend our offices in person. All digital witnessing is recorded and logged in accordance with evidentiary and verification standards recognised by UK law.
