Consultant Solicitor
Evan is a Consultant who advises on family, immigration, and landlord and tenant law. He has a particular specialty in immigration appeals and judicial reviews. Evan also advises on and drafts Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Evan is committed to ensuring his clients feel fully involved and empowered in their legal matter. He does everything possible to alleviate the stress of the case from his clients and diligently fights to protect their best interests. When advising on family law matters, he ensures his clients understand that the welfare of any children involved is the Court’s paramount consideration.
Outside of work
As well as spending time with family and friends, Evan has a keen interest in politics, films, nature walks, and watching football and international test cricket.
Career highlights
With immigration law becoming more draconian, Evan has been successful in several recent immigration law appeals and judicial review matters. In most cases, he has been able to convince UK Visas and Immigration to reverse their decision to refuse his clients’ visa applications at the Pre-action Protocol stage.
