Solicitor – Advocate
Sajjad is a Solicitor Advocate with a right of audience in the Civil Courts. He specialises in Civil Litigation, Family And Children’s Law, Immigration, And Landlord And Tenant Law. Sajjad advises and represents his own clients as well as collaborating with other team members to represent their clients in the Courts and Tribunals if required.
Sajjad is committed to settling cases outside of Court if possible and has extensive experience in reaching resolutions through negotiation and mediation. His clients appreciate his commitment to honesty, especially concerning the possible risks and costs of taking a particular claim to Court. When it comes to family law and child-related cases, he is immensely empathetic and provides clear, jargon-free advice so the client is empowered to make informed decisions.
Outside of work
When not in the office, Sajjad spends time with his family, watches football, and enjoys trying out different cuisines.
Career highlights
Sajjad represented a client who was accused of misrepresentation by a large, multi-national corporation. He succeeded in having the case struck out and obtained a substantial financial award for his client. Sajjad also recently successfully advised a pharmacist who, following a regulatory investigation, had been suspended for misconduct.
